Meet Evelyn - founder of forever fit

Fitness is my top priority.

With the mindset that you can’t perform at your best without a clear mind and a healthy body, I’ve broken my barriers to becoming sustainably fit.

I spent many early years struggling with my fitness. I was sporty and athletic so you couldn’t recognize the struggle unless you were close. I was full of overwhelming thoughts that were leading to frustration and weight gain. What I didn’t realize was how effectively I could get over this hump when I spent some time working on my mind.

My “Mind Clearing Quest” took me to work on a ranch in Jackson Hole, WY, and then at a farm on Big Island, Hawaii. Life in Hawaii was simple, allowing me to compartmentalize much of my chaotic earlier years.

With this clear mind, I developed a new outlook on my fitness. Now, I had to put it into practice, which was when I moved back to the East Coast.

What was working for me began working for my clients. We’d talk through small lifestyle tweaks while doing workouts supporting their joints for longevity. By focusing our workouts on joint health and core stability, their aches and pains were ceasing and bodies were toning up - developing a “crispy” look.

I’ve continued to expand from helping my in-person clients to helping those beyond my physical bubble. I’m excited to continue sharing what’s worked for me and the many I’ve worked with so that others can become sustainably fit - i.e. ForEver Fit.
