I was caught in impulsive habits and an overloaded schedule that drained my energy. It showed up in restless nights, weight gain, and skin flare-ups.
What I didn’t realize was how simple becoming fit for life could be—once I took the time to work on my mind.
My “Mind Clearing Quest” led me to work on a ranch in Jackson Hole, WY, and later at a farm on Big Island, Hawaii. Life in Hawaii was simple, giving me the space to reflect and compartmentalize the chaos of my earlier years.
With this newfound clarity, I returned to the East Coast to put my fresh outlook into practice in the environment I grew up in.

While settling in, coaching fitness classes started as a side gig but blossomed when what worked for me began working for my clients.
During our joint health and core-focused sessions, we’d talk through small lifestyle tweaks. Not only were their aches and pains fading and bodies starting to tone up, but they were also gaining energy, confidence, and a sense of balance.
As I continue to simplify the path to becoming fit for life, I emphasize that it’s about protecting your peace to optimize your energy—so you can create the impactful life you want to live and leave behind.
By strengthening the foundation, you lead others to build upon it, and together, we continue to elevate and reach our full potential.
